Ask us anythingHow far in advance should I book?
Picnics: at least 3 days ahead. Proposals: at least 1 week, so we have time to plan every detail. In high season (December–April), book earlier.
What happens if it rains?
If it rains, we move the setup under a palapa or shift the time. If it still cannot happen, we reschedule at no extra cost. On a cruise day, if your ship skips Cozumel you can move your deposit to another date or get it back.
Which beach is it on?
We choose the beach based on your date and time, for the best light and the fewest people. We confirm the exact spot before your event, and we can add a round-trip transfer as an extra.
Do you accept USD payments?
Yes. We accept USD cash, or credit card payments via payment link.
Can we add more people?
Absolutely — just let us know and we will adjust the setup and pricing accordingly.
What if I need to cancel?
Deposits are not refunded, but you can use yours on another date. If you need to change your date, tell us at least 72 hours ahead and we move your experience to another available date at no cost.
Can I customize the decoration?
Everything is fully customizable — colors, style, theme and setup. If you have something special in mind, we will plan it together.
